Flashing/strobe lights setup for road construction truck - 2019 GMC Sierra 1500?
I'd like to put some flashing lights on my work truck, but since it's also my personal vehicle I don't want the huge light bars on the roof or anything too obvious. I've seen the Z Flash and Speed Turtle modules that allow you to flash your stock lights, but I'm not too keen on having red flashing lights from a legal standpoint. What do you guys recommend?
I bought the truck already brand new and lifted on the lot through a deal they had going between 4 wheel parts and the dealership. I have the 100K mile extended warranty and only have 40K miles on it. It's been making a loud clicking noise that only comes on when I put it in 4 wheel drive. I've taken it to them countless times to fix and this time they said it's because of the drive shaft at an angle because of the lift ans there is no way to fix that issue after they replaced the drive shift for me this week. They said they ended the deal with 4 wheel parts for that reason as its a common problem. Has anyone found a way to get it to not click with an aftermarket part? Asking for the future as I'm going to ride it out as is because the 4 wheel drive still works, just makes a lot clicking sound, as I don't want to mess up my warranty. More so looking for advice for the future once that warranty falls off. I'd rather not buy another truck right now as my wife needs one before me. Thanks in advance as I'm no expert in this field whatsoever.
Is the front and rear hub bearing the same on a 2019 GMC Acadia?
The parts store doesn't have a listing for rear hub bearings for a 2019 GMC Acadia AWD 3.6L. From looking online, it looks like some of theses bearings for sale will fit front, rear, left or right.
2019 Sierra 84,900 miles. Driving down highway and check engine light plus ESC and emergency brake come on. I brought my vehicle into gmc and am told valve lifter I gone and it’s somewhat typical. Is this normal for GMCs?!? I’m looking at $4500 for one side $7200 for both
I’m trying to buy a truck my current driver is a Sierra 1500 2018 so I’d want to stay with what I’m familiar with. The dealer is willing to offered me $830 a month for the upgrade. Is this a good deal? Edit: It comes with 60k and 100k PT insurance Edit2: My current truck was having engine issues with the transmission around 50k miles and when I took it in for service (dealer service center) they couldn’t find anything and now that the initial 60k PT is over they want me to replace the engine so I would rather just change cars Edit 3: mileage is about 28k Condition looks good on outside, wasn’t able to test drive yet they were closing when we arrived. Selling price was: $59,999 Financed over 75Months for $830/monthly Down payment is $5k Trade in value for our truck was $30k
Will a 2012 GMC Canyon shortbed hard Canopy fit my 2019 Chevy Colorado Short bed?
Will the fit be close enough to work? The canopy is available on Marketplace but it's 6 hours total driving to get it. It would save me $2500+ and the color matches. Will it fit though? From what I can tell, it's going to be very close. I'm by no means an expert though and don't want to waste 6 hours of time and gas just to be disappointed.
